Founder - President & CEO - Kevin Morse

Kevin has been a coach, parent of collegiate athletes, trainer, athlete, academic advisor, college counselor and entrepreneur. He earned his BA from Trinity College (CT) and an MA in International Affairs from The American University.

Director of Baseball/Softball Testing - BJ Salerno

BJ is a recent graduate of St. Bonaventure University. He captained the Bonnie baseball team his senior year and brings firsthand experience to our network of testers.

Rationale

At The Center we have a couple of beliefs. You might call them core values or part of a mission statement. It is what keeps us going and hopefully pointed in the right direction.

We believe that:
-Many high quality athletes go unnoticed, unrecognized and fail to reach their potential;
-It is much more important where you finish than where you start;
-Incremental improvement towards a goal is a very powerful force;
-It should not be a major investment to promote your skills to college coaches.
