Test. Improve. Repeat.

Why Test?

Our Love and Fascination

One of the unique (if not downright essential) elements of human development is our LOVE and FASCINATION with two things: The first is to compare ourselves to our peers. It begins as soon as we come out of the womb. "What's the APGAR?" is a question heard thousands of times a day in hospitals everywhere. The APGAR is basically a quick check to measure the newborn's key health vitals. If you are a 10, things, at this point, look great. If you are a 3, there may be some very serious issues - Life and Death issues. Good thing we at the Center are not dealing with those issues but others much less immediately threatening. Important? We think so. Life Threatening? No.

We do truly believe what we are doing IS important; in the sense that providing you with a quick check on your "vitals" in your chosen sport. We also want to take it a step further by researching the best of the best that exists out there - training, equipment, techniques - and bring it to you.

The second thing we love to do is flaunt our successes. It's human nature. When we do well we want others to know. Just did something really cool? Well, put on your best bragger suit and swagger on over to the nearest corner and spread the word. It is one of the reasons why social media companies are so successful.

The Center was partly created to address this deep cultural character trait. Please feel free to fill in the blanks of this scenario.

My buddies and I know a guy who really hits a golf ball a long way. I mean there are long hitters and then there is this guy. We often joke after he hits a bomb off the tee "I bet no one hits the ball harder than you - at least noone for 100 miles". Well now our golfing pal can get tested and really see just how hard he hits the ball. Maybe he's the best for 100 miles or 1000 miles?FLAUNT AWAY.

After we have compared and flaunted?what is next? Either you stay where you are or improve. As an athlete, there is only one choice.

This is why we test

To show where you stack up.

Give you some props.

Provide you with a goal.

Measure. Train. Improve.

Welcome to the journey.
